What made you decide you wanted to be a football player?

My dad always watched ESPN before we went to school and I’d watch the highlights with him and just be glued to the TV and that made me love football.

What are your favorite moments from your football life?

My favorite moment from football was winning our bowl game against Pitt in 6 overtime in my hometown it was my first and only bowl game I’ve ever played in, and the way we stayed together as a team to win. I remember everything about that day it was truly a one-of-a-kind moment.

What are you looking to achieve as a football player going forward?

Playing in the NFL and being able to play against and working with the best players and coaches that I’ve watched since I was young and having the opportunity to learn from them and get better.

If you could hang out with any football player past or present for a day, who and why?

I would like to hang out with Trent Williams and pick his brain about the craft and how he’s been able to keep his body together over the years and remain so powerful throughout the years.

Which one of your family members inspires you the most and why?

My mom, has been through so much but she still always does the most for her family, she has always been there for me when I need her.

What is your favorite offensive scheme and why?

The spread system because it’s the perfect balance of running and throwing the ball which opens up out RPO opportunities and we’re spreading the defense out because they can’t defend it the whole field.

What should we know about Allen Jones Jr the person?

I’m a quiet guy, I try to lead by example by doing what I’m supposed to do even when it’s tough. I’m a big homebody, I’d rather be at home watching football than anywhere else.

What stands out about your film the most?

The physicality I play with on blocks I’m trying to get you to the ground every play then how well I move for my size.

How do you handle challenges both in life and on the football field?

With life and football, you have to roll with the punches and face the challenges head first and with a positive mindset so you can conquer your challenges.

What would a team get in a player like you?

I feel like a team is getting a team player willing to do anything to win and work hard to get better.

What do you love the most about the game of football?

I love the family aspect of football and having 100 brothers and lifelong friends who all share lifetime memories.

Who is the most underrated player you’ve played with and why?

Darius Alexander defensive tackle Toledo is one of the most underrated players I’ve ever played with he’s the full package as a DL with blazing speed and unbelievable power.
