Talk about your experience as a student. What is your major/minor? Did you participate in any other activities or campus organizations other than football?
I am majoring in sports management. I have been part of the Black Student Union at my former school Birmingham Southern College (BSC) and I am a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc.

What do you think your teammates would say are your best qualities?
Being able to push others to be better, my ability to get along with everybody and that I’m a competitor

What kind of role do you see yourself in on the team? What scheme and/or position suits your skill set?
I can do a little but everything I’m not a one down back. I consider myself an all-purpose back and a student of the game. My favorite runs are counter, power, and wide zone. I love to get down hill and be dynamic with the ball. On the receiving end, I love to get open in space and be a threat in the back field as well.

Who is the best player you have ever played with in college?
The best player I have ever played with was Gavin Sukup

Which one of your teammates impresses you the most?
My quarterback, Gavin Sukup, because of his dedication and self motivation when it comes to film study, drills, everything.. he’s someone you want as a captain. On the field, he’s a game changer and makes game changing plays at every moment. He has a good arm and is good at reading blitzes, and understands the small details it takes to win a game

Describe a time in your life when you were able to overcome a struggle.
My sophomore year in high school my mom was diagnosed with early stages of breast cancer. It was hard on myself and the family because of the impact she has on us every single day. But for me, at first it was hard, but I just put it in God’s hand and turned it into motivation.

If you didn’t play football, what other sport would you play?
Tennis or baseball. That’s where the money is at.

What is something that you are most proud of? What would you say is your biggest achievement so far?
I’m proud of my dedication and love I have for the game. I will say my biggest achievement is just being able to impact lives.

Describe one of the most memorable plays of your collegiate career.
BSC sophomore year 13~rushes 341 yards 4TD against Centre. (Rival game)

Do you have a favorite athlete or professional team? Is there a player that you model your game after?
Tony Pollard / Josh Jacob’s

Who is your favorite music artist? What gets you pumped before a game?
My favorite music artist is probably Drake, but it’s funny, I don’t listen to him when I’m working out. Pregame when I wake up I’m only playing R&B classic 90s to 2010 hits, then when it get closer to warmups I’ll say Gunna or Lil Wayne.

What is your favorite comfort food?
Cookie dough ice cream (shout-out my girl for putting me on)

Do you have a favorite movie, TV show or actor?
Snowfall, BMF, and movie The Wood

What do you do in your spare time? Do you have any hobbies? Any secret talents?
I enjoy roller skating, gaming on my Xbox, love music, I can sing, and spending time with family.

Why do you play football? Who or what motivates you the most?
I love the game and I want to be successful. My motivation is my family and being able to take care of them in the future.
