What made you decide you wanted to be a football player?

I’m from a low-income area and I was always outside with the older kids playing sports and I feel like football was a gift from God and I chose it and stuck with it.

What are your favorite moments from your football life?

My sophomore year of college, we have this big rival in town Loras College, and we beat them and kept the key. My first collegiate game I had 129 yards and a touchdown and that was a release moment for me.

What are you looking to achieve as a football player going forward?

Being able to prove to myself I can play at the next level, and I feel the game can help me be a better man outside of football for my family and hopefully as a husband and a father.

If you could hang out with any football player past or present for a day, who and why?

Present Ja’Marr Chase, my favorite receiver in the league right now and I’ve followed him since LSU, and I’d love to pick his brain and see what he sees pre-snap and in coverages. Walter Payton past because he was a great player and man and was able to get a lot of yards.

Which one of your family members inspires you the most and why?

My aunt is the definition of resilience. Has a lot of health issues and never complains about responsibilities she has like keeping a roof over our head and she has done so much for me.

What is your favorite offensive scheme and why?

No huddle scheme, we are able to control the pace of the game and are able to gas it and go fast downfield or slow it down and run the ball and see what the defense gives us.

What should we know about Za’Cameron Brice the person?

I’m a pretty down to earth guy when I come out of my shell, very kind, want other people to succeed and I put other’s needs above my needs.

What stands out about your film the most?

My yards after catch, I’m pretty dangerous with the ball in my hands, and also my ability to go up and get the ball in the red zone.

How do you handle challenges both in life and on the football field?

Always be resilient, got that from my aunt and to get a challenge is a privilege and you learn more about yourself through challenges and I just like to work to get through challenges.

What would a team get in a player like you?

A player willing to always learn and be coachable, there’s always something you can learn. A competitor, I’m always willing to compete and a great blocker and I’m always willing to block.

What do you love the most about the game of football?

Definitely the life lessons that you learn, it teaches you how to handle adversity and hanging with the guys and the competitive nature of the sport, I always love to compete.

Who is the most underrated player you’ve played with and why?

Jackson Snider from the scout team, he brought it to practice every day, is a great person on and off the field and his work ethic didn’t go unnoticed by me.
