What made you decide you wanted to be a football player?
The adrenaline rush, the physical contact, the camaraderie with teammates, and the opportunity to compete at a high level.
What are your favorite moments from your football life?
Running onto the field and looking up to see my loved ones.
What are you looking to achieve as a football player going forward?
I’m looking to continue making a name for myself and proving myself right. Showing that I can play at the highest level and making a significant impact on any team.
If you could hang out with any football player past or present for a day, who and why?
I’d say Bob Sanders, Budda Baker, or Antoine Winfield because I love the fearless edge those guys play with, and we have similar body frames.
Which one of your family members inspires you the most and why?
I would have to say my mom and dad because they both made sacrifices so my brothers and I could accomplish our dreams.
What is your favorite defensive scheme and why?
4-2-5, I feel with the way that teams are starting to be more pass heavy it’s better to have more DB’s on the field.
What should we know about Tori Daffin the person?
Very inspirational and get excited when the ones around me are succeeding in life too.
What stands out about your film the most?
Fearless, flies around, and plays with a high motor!
How do you handle challenges both in life and on the football field?
Next play mentality—whether it’s life or on the field, I can’t sit there and be down. I understand I gotta move on.
What would a team get in a player like you?
Someone who’s accountable, a competitor, and someone who will do whatever it takes to make the team successful.
What do you love the most about the game of football?
It’s the only thing in life where you can go out, constantly demolish a guy, and not get in trouble for it.
Who is the most underrated player you’ve played with and why?
Michael Coats Jr. might not be the tallest corner, but if you check the stats, he’s by far one of the best cornerbacks in the nation.
