I’m really good at always looking for a way to get better, whether it’s adapting to a new role/ scheme or accepting criticism & growing from it or putting in extra work with the guys after hours.

My dad because he has missed out on so much since passing away. My mom because I just can’t thank her enough. Jesus because he made the ultimate sacrifice.
What is your biggest weakness?
I’d say trying to be a perfectionist. I’ve gotten better at this over the years and I had to realize that this just is not worrying about results & admiring the small accomplishments too.
