Arizona High School Football Player Stabbed and Killed after a Confrontation
Jaylen Reeves, a 15-year-old football player was stabbed and killed in a neighborhood early Saturday morning.
Reeves was a sophomore at Mountain Pointe High School and was also on the football team.
According to police reports, Reeves was stabbed after a confrontation between two groups of kids. No one is in custody at this point.
Phoenix Police say they were called out around 3:00 am, in the area of East Lakewood Parkway.
In his final act of kindness, Jaylen made the courageous decision to be an organ donor, offering the gift of life to others even in the face of his own loss.
