Breaking: Buffalo Bills are working out Kicker Tanner Brown
We are learning that another Hula Bowl kicker is in Buffalo for a workout. Both Brayden Narveson and Tanner Brown are in Buffalo for a workout.
Tanner Brown is a kicker who emerged from Oklahoma State and briefly competed for a roster spot with the Los Angeles Rams.
After going undrafted in 2023, Brown initially joined the Rams’ practice squad, but he never appeared in a regular-season game. In 2024, he entered training camp competing against Joshua Karty, a sixth-round pick out of Stanford.
Despite his solid college performance, where he made 88.6% of his field goal attempts across two seasons, Brown was waived by the Rams in August 2024, with Karty winning the starting role.
Though Brown did not secure a permanent position with the Rams, he remained on their radar, rejoining the practice squad briefly after an injury to Karty. However, Karty’s quick recovery minimized Brown’s chances of being activated for regular-season action
Brown is a very accurate kicker and is a good player. I am proud of both the Hula Bowl Alumni fighting for a roster spot.
