Division 2 Punter nails an 80-yard-punt! | Must See
Blake Doud, the punter for Colorado School of Mines, made headlines Thursday night with an incredible display of skill that could pave the way for a future in professional football.
Late in the third quarter, with the Orediggers pinned back at their own 19-yard line, Doud launched a powerful right-footed punt that soared through the air, landing at West Texas A&M’s 20-yard line.
The ball then took a favorable bounce, rolling all the way to the 1-yard line, leaving the opposition with almost no room to operate.
This standout performance by the redshirt junior highlighted his exceptional punting ability, sparking conversations about his potential to play on Sundays in the NFL.
With a kick like that, Blake Doud has certainly put his name on the radar of scouts and fans alike.
