Another lawsuit filed accusing Browns QB Deshaun Watson of sexual assault and battery
Not only are the Browns overpaying for Deshaun Watson, they have to deal with a ton of drama. According to a new civil lawsuit filed in Texas, another accuser has come forward to claim that Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson sexually assaulted her in October of 2020.
According to the lawsuit, the alleged actions occurred before Watson and a woman, who goes by the “Jane Doe” in the court filing, were set to have dinner at the woman’s apartment.
The lawsuit states that Deshaun Watson wanted to meet the single mother at the Galleria for a date, but she requested he come to her apartment. The report then states that Watson began yelling at the female because he was having a hard time finding her apartment.
After entering her apartment the lady was getting ready in the bathroom, and when she walked out Watson was reportedly completely naked on her bed lying face down on his stomach. He asked the woman to massage his buttocks.
Watson then reportedly turned over and and demanded the woman massage his groin area. The woman told Watson according to the report she was not a massuese and that is when Watson reportedly began disrobing her and penetrated her without consent, implicit or explicit.
The female was able to escape Watson and grab a piece of décor in self-defense.
Watson then left the apartment.
Watson, has served an 11-game suspension in 2022 after more than 20 plus women accused him of sexual assault and inappropriate conduct during massage sessions.
I am not sure what is going to happen with this, but if this can allow the Browns to get out of that atrocious contract, they need to do whatever they can to run from it and play Jameis Winston.
