Player Summary:

5th YR GR and 1 yr full-time starter at TE where he plays as an H lining up mainly inline and in the slot in the gap/zone blocking scheme of UTST. He possesses ordinary height with marginal weight and below-average speed with an athletic build. He is an average athlete with good balance, solid explosiveness, sufficient lateral quickness and agility with average COD, adequate acceleration and ordinary play speed. He is a good run blocker. He shows sufficient lateral quickness and agility when pulling through the hole or to the perimeter. Solid mental toughness enables him to elevate his play as a run blocker in the redzone. He exhibits ordinary play speed which prevents him from gaining significant YAC consistently. Lack of quality AA prevents him from separating in man coverage against DB/LB with good play speed.
