Breaking: CeeDee Lamb and Cowboys agree to Contract | Cowboys in 136-million-dollar deal
Cowboys and CeeDee Lamb have struck a huge contract. The two sides agreed to a four year deal worth 136 million dollars making him the second highest paid non-QB in NFL history.
The deal includes 38 million dollar signing bonus the largest ever given to a wide receiver.
During his college career, Lamb was a key part of Oklahoma’s high-powered offense and earned multiple accolades, including being named a consensus All-American in 2019. He finished his college career with over 3,000 receiving yards and 32 touchdowns, solidifying his reputation as a top prospect for the NFL.
In the 2020 NFL Draft, Lamb was selected by the Dallas Cowboys in the first round with the 17th overall pick. He made an immediate impact in his rookie season, catching 74 passes for 935 yards and five touchdowns, despite the Cowboys dealing with significant injuries at the quarterback position.
Lamb has continued to develop into one of the NFL’s top wide receivers, known for his versatility, ability to play both in the slot and outside, and his knack for making big plays in crucial moments. His athleticism, football IQ, and work ethic have made him a key player in the Cowboys’ offense, and he is widely regarded as one of the rising stars in the league.
