Collins is a smooth and strong route runner. Not utilized as a play threat and struggles with larger opponents and #1 DBs. Displays ability to adjust and carry out assignments. Overall, a good athlete that you can win with. Collins will contribute to the WR depth at Notre Dame and can assist with big plays within the redzone.
