What made you decide you wanted to be a football player?

I decided to become a football player because ever since I started playing it just felt natural to run around, hit people, and cause chaos.

What are your favorite moments from your football life?

My favorite moments from my football life are definitely when I got my scholarship offer to UND because it turned a dream into reality getting to play D1 football but my favorite memory from playing would be getting an interception at Nebraska in really my first game playing meaningful snaps, the environment was just something I can’t even describe.

Which one of your family members inspires you the most and why?

My mom, she has gone through a lot but has never thought twice about getting me in the best situations to be successful.

What are you looking forward to in your upcoming season?

I’m looking forward to just being out there with my teammates for one last year, been with a lot of these guys for 5 years now and it seems like it was a lifetime ago when I didn’t know them, so I’m just thankful that I got the group around me that I do and can’t wait to get on the field with them!

If you could hang out with any football player past or present for a day who and why?

If I could hang out with one player for a day it would have to be Ray Lewis because he’s someone I watched growing up and is a legend.

What are your favorite things about playing football for North Dakota?

My favorite things about playing at North Dakota are the people who are here and playing at the Alerus Center.

What should we know about Wyatt Pedigo the person?

What you should know about me as a person is I’m a hard worker.

What is your favorite defensive scheme and why?

I would say my favorite defensive scheme is a 3-4, I just like how versatile it is without any personnel changes.

How do you handle challenges both in life and on the field?

I handle challenges in life and in football the same way, I attack it head on I believe you can’t learn anything from it if you shy away.

What would a team get in a player like you?

They would get a guy who is willing to do whatever it takes and have fun doing it.

What stands out about your film the most?

I would say the thing that sticks out about my film the most is my effort.

Who is the most underrated player you’ve played with and why?

The most underrated player I’ve played with is Jaelen Johnson, he just played with great technique and effort and made it easy to play behind.
