Disturbing Details Emerge from Ex-NFL Executive Arrest
Last month, former Carolina Panthers executive Adrian Wilson was reportedly arrested for domestic violence. Wilson who played many years in the NFL reportedly choked his wife, but now the true details from the police report have emerged.
According to the police report, Wilson came home to find divorce papers from his wife. Wilson’s wife discovered he was having an affair, and that threw the former safety and NFL exec into a rage. He allegedly ran into her room and broke a TV, mirror, and other items.
“Wilson’s wife told police he pinned her against the bed and began to choke her but that she was able to get away,” Weinfuss wrote. “According to the police report, he took a gun from the safe and threatened to leave and kill himself. Wilson’s wife said he never pointed the gun at anyone.”
TMZ added that the police report said Wilson called her a “liar,” “whore,” and [expletive]” during the incident. Wilson allegedly responded, “[expletive] those kids” when reminded that their three children were home.
Wilson then left the house with the gun and called people telling them he was going to end his life.
He would eventually return home to find police there who arrested him for intentional assault causing physical injury, disorderly conduct, and damaging property.
