The 2024-2025 football season is just three weeks away, and there are some key games and standout players to watch, especially among HBCU teams. Here are a few early contests featuring true freshmen and draft-eligible juniors and seniors to keep an eye on:

• August 29th on ESPN networks:
  • Jackson State vs. ULM
  • UAPB vs. Arkansas
  • Alcorn State vs. UAB
• August 31st:
  • Bethune-Cookman vs. USF
  • Alabama A&M vs. Auburn
  • Grambling State vs. ULL
