Kentucky High School rising senior football player Jared Suarez killed in wreck
Jared Suarez was a stud on the football field. The rising senior for West Jessamine High School in Kentucky, was just 16 years old but a brute force on the football field.
Suarez played both tackle and defensive tackle for his football team. A post was made on Facebook over the weekend notifying every one of the news.
“With heavy hearts, we share that rising senior Jared Suarez was killed in a car accident earlier this afternoon,” school officials said in a Facebook post Saturday.
Suarez was a leader on the football field and many of the students looked up to him according to his football coach Scott Marsh.
“Never had a bad day in his life,” said Marsh. “Young kids looked up to him. Older kids loved him. He kind of brightened up a room when he walked into it.”
Police say the 16-year-old Suarez died in an accident that happened on US Highway 27. The report claims that Jared was in the left lane moving into the right lane when his back right bumper struck the front left bumper of another vehicle.
Jared lost control of his vehicle, spun off the road and was ejected from his vehicle,
Please keep the Suarez family in your prayers. I wanted to post this short clip of highlights for Suarez to remember him. Rest in Peace Jared.
