Giants linebacker feels fans should believe in Daniel Jones as the QB1 of the future
While there are not many who believe in Daniel Jones as the future QB1 of the New York Giants, there is one player in the Giants building who believes in him.
Daniel Jones has a lot of pressure on him this year, the team let Saquon Barkley leave and they could use a huge spark from Jones and the offense. The team went out and landed him some weapons like Malik Nabers in the first round. Well, there is one person in the building who believes that Jones can be the guy.
Bobby Okereke was on the Up and Adams show and gave the fans several reasons why they should not panic about Jones being the teams leader and QB1.
“From day one, first guy in, last guy out mentality. Obviously, he’s a smart guy, went to Duke, and he just got poise. I mean, he’s got a hell of an arm… It’s go time. So we all know, we all feel the urgency. And I’m excited for him. His preparation, is second to none. He’s gonna have a great year. He’s faced a lot of adversity since he’s been here – obviously, the scrutiny from New York fans is crazy. I experienced that this year. And injuries. He’s dealt with a lot”
Do you think Daniel Jones can lead the Giants? They have a stacked defense, all he has to do is not turn the ball over and the G-Men could be in good shape.
