Buffalo Bills sign former WWE Wrestler Gable Steveson
The Buffalo Bills have signed Gable Steveson a former Olympic gold medalist and one of the most dominant college wrestlers in NCAA history.
Steveson is signing the standard rookie three-year deal and he now will set out to join Bob Hayes as the only athlete ever to win a Super Bowl ring and an Olympic gold medal.
The 6-foot-1, 275-pound Steveson is expected to play defensive line. Steveson tried out for the Buffalo Bills a few weeks ago. It was the first time Steveson ever put on a pair of cleats.
The Bills have been doing some different things this year. They drafted a player from overseas who has never played football, and they recently hired a former referee to help them with the challenge. The Bills are doing unique things, and hopefully it pays off.
