NFL Draft Prospect T’Vondre Sweat was more than 25% over the legal limit when pulled over for DWI
Former Texas football player T’Vondre Sweat was booked into Travis County Jail on Sunday and charged with driving while intoxicated, according to jail records.
Records show Sweat, 22, was arrested by the Austin Police Department and booked into Travis County Jail at 2:12 p.m. Sunday. Driving while intoxicated is a Class B misdemeanor. Sweat posted a $3,000 bond and was released from custody shortly after he was booked.
T’Vondre Sweat’s BAC level was more than 25 percent over the legal limit when he was pulled over for DWI, per police affidavits.
One important note too: His BAC was measured at 6:08 am, but the officer arrived to the scene at 4:41 am, meaning his BAC could’ve been much higher if it had been tested earlier.
You have to add in the fact that Sweat is 366 pounds. So to be that drunk is pretty wild, he had to been drinking all night long.
