Star Georgia High School football player Daryus Bryant shot and killed on Prom Night while sitting at a red light

A star football player in Georgia was shot and killed on Saturday Night after his prom. Daryus Bryant was a star football player for Manchester High School.
This is the same high school that lost Brandon Smith, who was killed behind his home the day before their State Championship.
Bryant’s father is the offensive coordinator for Manchester High School, and is pleading for someone to step up and take responsibility for the killing of his son.
According to police, Daryus was leaving Manchester High School’s prom in Columbus Saturday before midnight. That’s when police say someone started shooting at a red light.
When officers arrived, they found two cars with bullet holes in them. Bryant was shot in one of the cars. Clarence Favors, whose Bryant’s family identified as his classmate, was shot in the other car.
Doctors rushed Favors into surgery. Police said an emergency department doctor pronounced Bryant dead.
Please keep the Bryant family in your prayers. Bryant played football and basketball and is the high jump champion in track. This is so sad, I hope justice is served.
