The Panthers are facing a pressing need to enhance the competitiveness of their roster as they enter the NFL Draft season. The draft has been a persistent issue under the previous administration.
Dave Canales said he would not be afraid to run the ball a lot if he had too. So we made sure we added a running back to their roster in the draft, and we thought the Panthers could use some young guys to throw the ball too. Without a first round pick the Carolina Panthers need to land an impact player. They do that in the second round and actually put together an amazing draft.
