Former Patriots CB Stephon Gilmore defends Bill Belichick after watching Dynasty on Apple TV
The Apple TV+ docu series Dynasty has been pretty interesting. The portrayal of several figures in the organization has caused some disapproval from current and former players.
The most recent was former New England Patriots cornerback who felt the show didn’t display legendary head coach Bill Belichick in a positive light. So he took to social media to defend the head coach.
He’s referring to Super Bowl LIII, when Belichick changed up the defensive scheme to confuse the heck out of Jared Goff and defeating the Los Angeles Rams 13-3.
“No coach would switch what they did all season in a big game like that,” Gilmore added in another post.
I am shocked anyone would try Bill Belichick, he is the greatest coach in NFL history if you ask me, but if you disagree he is easily the greatest Pats coach ever.
