New York Jets are the New Favorite to Land Brock Bowers

The New York Jets’ offseason moves have indeed been surprising and have shifted their draft priorities. By signing Morgan Moses and Tyron Smith in free agency, they addressed the offensive tackle position, which was initially speculated to be a target in the draft to protect Aaron Rodgers. These signings provide solid options to bolster the offensive line and protect the quarterback.

Additionally, the signing of Mike Williams after his release from the Chargers alters the team’s needs at the wide receiver position. With Williams joining the Jets, it may no longer be a top priority in the draft, especially considering they now have a proven veteran receiver in their ranks.

With the largest cracks in the Jets foundation seemingly filled in, it seems as if the Jets are in bounds for some fun. Georgia TE Brock Bowers will likely be available, and will give Aaron Rodgers yet more help. With no real needs, or heavy weaknesses in the roster, Brock Bowers may be the final piece the Jets need to hopefully make a championship run.
