Five Free Agent Signings that could immediately change the scope of the NFL

Free Agency is almost near!
Players can begin negotiating with NFL teams on March 11th, and can officially sign the players on March 13th. There are some big names, but let’s try to guess five free agent signings that would change the outlook of the NFL.
New England Patriots – Sign Kirk Cousins – Let’s face it the Patriots need a quarterback and I feel the Patriots could sign Kirk Cousins and draft Marvin Harrison Jr. Could you imagine that? Why waste a pick on an early quarterback prospect when you can get a veteran who has proven he can sling it year in and year out. The Patriots add a star wide out in the draft with Harrison Jr. and the Patriots are now in business.
Houston Texans – Sign Mike Evans – Letting Mike Evans back to Texas would be huge. The Galveston native is able to return now if the Buccaneers do not lock him down for a long term contract. I think adding a veteran wide out to CJ Stroud’s arsenal would be amazing. I think Evans to the Texans makes them a contender.
Baltimore Ravens – Sign L’Jarius Sneed – The Ravens are close every year, but adding a shut down cornerback would be a huge asset for the Ravens defense. They could lose some quality players in free agency, but adding a player like Sneed who can shut down an entire side of a field would be a huge signing.
Detroit Lions – Sign Brian Burns – Could you imagine Aidan Hutchinson and Brian Burns on the same team? The Lions want to smash their competition and this is a way to make it happen. Brian Burns is one of the best pass rushers in the country and adding him to an already nasty defense, Burns would be a dog for Dan Campbell.
Kansas City Chiefs – Sign Calvin Ridley – Imagine giving Patrick Mahomes an actual weapon? Calvin Ridley was one of the best wide outs in the AFC South and if the Jaguars do in fact pay him they would have to give up their second round pick. I am not sure they are willing to do that, so Ridley could test the waters. I think this would be an amazing signing.
