What made you decide you wanted to be a football player?

Honestly it’s in my genes from family, specifically my father. I thank God for the talent he stored upon me.

What are your favorite moments from your football life?

Being the first male student-athlete to graduate from college with a bachelor’s degree and also make it this far in my career where I have the blessings to associate myself with professional scouts.

What are you looking to achieve as a football player going forward?

I want to become a professional athlete in the NFL, CFL, UFL.

If you could hang out with any football player past or present for a day who and why?

Tyrann Mathieu, Jaire Alexander, Kenny Moore ll just because I feel like my game show a few similarities in their game.

Which one of your family members inspires you the most and why?

My whole household really, shoutout to 30 Oak Street, Rawls Springs/Hattiesburg, Mississippi and everybody that’s been supporting along the way.

What is your favorite defensive scheme and why?

Favorite defensive scheme is nickel package and I like the nickel because it allows more defensive backs on the field which makes your defense faster and more savvy.

What should we know about Tra’Jen Anderson-Watts the person?

I’m a humble confident type of person. Kind of neutral chill type guy with a lot of laughter. I love having a good time being around family, I’m really all about family.

What stands out about your film the most?

My total game film what stands out most is I’m going to compete every play and I’m always hungry to make a play, I’m never satisfied.

How do you handle challenges both in life and on the football field?

I handle challenges in life and in football with praying, just trusting God will never leave my side and just grinding the storm out, never giving up on my goals.

What would a team get in a player like you?

A true competitor, love for the game is unmatched. I want to learn regardless of the level of football I have achieved.

What do you love the most about the game of football?

Everything that comes with the game of football I love because it also teaches you the way of life. You have to learn how to keep your head up and keep going through the good and the bad.

Who is the most underrated player you’ve played with and why?

That’s a tough question but I would have to go with my brother from high school KJ Earl, a true dawg, everything you want in a linebacker/hybrid safety type player but he never got the opportunity to show his talent of the college level and that’s something I wish he would’ve got to experience.
