So long, Bill! What is next for Bill Belichick?

Bill Belichick resigned his post at the New England Patriots this week.

The news came as a shock to the football world.  A man who hung a half-dozen banners at Gillette Stadium is no longer in Foxboro, proving no job in football is ever secure.

I’ve always been a deep admirer of the man.  And I say that as someone who lives in the 317 area code – Indianapolis – where rabid Colts undoubtedly hit the bars in response to his demise.  

In fact, I’m probably the only one between Ohio and Illinois who truly respects Bill Belichick and is sad to see him go.

No cheers here, but the biggest question is what’s next for him?
