About the Hula Bowl
Established in 1946, the game has witnessed collegiate greats as they competed for the roster spots in the NFL, CFL, XFL, and USFL. Many of the athletes have gone on to successful professional careers as players and coaches, as well as sports commentators and analysts. Over the past 78 years, the game has hosted a multitude of Heisman Trophy winners and NFL Hall of Fame players.
The Hula Bowl was historically played in Honolulu, Hawaii, but the closing of Aloha Stadium prompted a move to Orlando, Florida in 2022. With a multi-year agreement to present the game at the University of Central Florida at FBC Mortgage Stadium.
