A fourteen-year-old football player from Houston is dead after he suffered a brain injury during a football game last week.
Cain Lee, 14, was injured during a Southwest Football League game on October 11th and was placed in a medical coma for nearly three weeks before passing away at Texas Children’s Hospital on October 30th.
Cain is survived by his parents, an older brother, and a twin brother. The Southwest Football League will have a moment of silence for Cain before each of their remaining games this season.
Cain played multiple sports including baseball and basketball. Please keep the Lee family in your prayers during this tough time.
