Chad Johnson feels Aaron Rodgers will be making a mistake trying to return from his Achilles injury this year
Chad Johnson knows how to take care of his body. He is one player that always seemed to be in great shape, and he has some advice for New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers.
The former Bengals star wide receiver is telling the veteran quarterback to not come back so soon.
“Don’t come back. You’ll hurt yourself.”
Johnson never suffered an Achilles injury but throughout his playing career he has watched many go through it, and he has this advice.
“Don’t do it,” he said. “You’re going to reinjure yourself. It’s too soon.”
“You have to understand,” Johnson said, “there are few injuries that you don’t want to play with. You don’t want to play with anything having to do with your groin, your Achilles, or your knees. You don’t rush back from those.”
“I don’t care what your doctors tell you.”
Do you agree? Do you think Aaron Rodgers maybe pushing it trying to come back too soon?
