Indiana University football player charged with accessory for murder in Mississippi
Jamison Kelly a cornerback from Indiana University was arrested and charged with accessory after the fact to murder in Mississippi.
Kelly is a senior from Mississippi who played in the first four games of the season. The 6’1 cornerback was the getaway for Joshua Brown who has been charged with murder.
Brown was involved in the October 15th, shooting death of Jackson State student Jaylen Burns.
Kelly had not been with the IU program for several weeks prior to the incident, although he told a judge he was still a member of the team.
IU coach Tom Allen announced on Sept. 28th, Kelly was no longer part of the program.
This will be interesting to see how this plays out.
