USC Trojans QB Caleb Williams will not sit the rest of the season out, as many speculate
USC Trojans star quarterback and future first overall pick Caleb Williams has nothing to really play for after losing back to back games against Utah and Notre Dame, and many are speculating he will sit out the remainder of the season.
Williams really has nothing to play for, and as some analysts are saying, he should make a business decision and sit out and prepare for the NFL.
I am not sure if I agree with the take, but if he does in fact get injured, that would be a huge blow for his stock.
Williams was asked by the media about sitting out and he was very clear in his future.
“You keep going. You keep fighting. You stay out here. Extra time. Be with your guys because you never know when the opportunity will come. When the opportunity comes, you want to be able to seize that opportunity. You know, we’re going to keep doing, keep fighting and keep trying to reach our goals,” Williams told the media,
Williams should be a first round pick and likely the top pick, he is a generational talent for the Trojans. It will be interesting to see what happens. Do you think he should sit out?
