Former NFL football player Anthony Chickillo was tased by police after a breakdown at a hospital in Florida
Former Pittsburgh Steelers pass rusher Anthony Chickillo was tased by Cops at a hospital after he had a breakdown inside a doctor’s office. Here is a video from TMZ Sports.
Chickillo was in Hialeah Hospital in Florida when he began snapping and trashing the office. He began to break things and throw chairs.
According to the police report, he tried to attack the people at the office before wrestling with his father.
Police did put restraints on Chickillo to subdue him but he was not arrested, he was placed on a psychiatric hold for 72-hour hold.
Steelers drafted Anthony in 2015 and he played five years in Pittsburgh. He finished his career with the Denver Broncos before retiring.
According to TMZ Sports, Chickillo’s girlfriend says Chickillo suffers from bipolar disorder from concussions he suffered from the NFL. Chickillo is still hospitalized and getting medications.
