Radio host and former Super Bowl champion blasts Jerry a jones for Trey Lance trade

Jerry Jones made a trade and did not consult with anyone. He willing gave up a fourth round pick to land former first round QB Trey Lance.
I personally feel the move was a good one, but former NFL Super Bowl Champion and radio sportscaster Mark Schlereth ripped Cowboys Owner Jerry Jones for trading for Trey Lance without consulting anyone
“This is why the Cowboys will never win sh*t because Jerry Jones can’t help himself. You’re gonna go out there and you’re gonna make a trade for a guy without talking to anybody else in your organization, Steven Jones, your HC Mike McCarthy, your QB?”
Schlereth later noted that he believed McCarthy should have at least been involved in discussions about potentially acquiring Lance from the San Francisco 49ers.
McCarthy recently told reporters that he was excluded from the business side of the Lance trade.
Do you think Jerry Jones was wrong for his trade of Lance?
