Colorado State safety that hit Travis Hunter late has been receiving death threats

Travis Hunter the star dual threat football player at Colorado will miss the next three weeks due to a lacerated liver.

Hunter was crushed by #11 Henry Blackburn on a pretty disgusting late hit and was flagged and penalized by refs.

Well, it sounds like the fans were not a huge fan of the hit and now are threatening the safety with death threats.

Pete Thames is reporting the CSU safeties family was called and he has received death threats from fans that were not happy about the hit.

It was a little late to be honest but it was hard to tell if it was intentional. I hate that anyone receives death threats and I hope this stops because that is not cool, but it just adds more to this already wild rivalry game.

By the time the game ended on Saturday, both Henry and his mother’s cell phone numbers had been published on the Internet. They’ve been inundated with threatening calls and text messages. Henry’s campus address and his family’s home address were also published. 3/5
