Joe Burrow the Cincinnati Bengals quarterback has agreed to a record-setting contract that will pay him 275 million dollars on a five year contract. He will average 55 million dollars per year and will become the highest paid player in NFL history.

Cincinnati Bengals QB Joe Burrow is on track to play Week 1 vs. the Cleveland Browns. Burrow said this week he is not worried about the contract, but more worried about the Browns.

Well, now he can truly focus on the Browns.

“It’ll come when it comes but I’m focused on beating the Browns right now,” Burrow said. “That’s the last thing I’m thinking about.”

The Bengals wanted to sign him to a long-term extension, because they know how valuable he is to the franchise.

“Joe Burrow is the heart of the football team,” Bengals President and Owner Mike Brown said in July.

Well the Bengals proved how much they love their Quarterback tonight. This is great news for Bengals fans.
