Arrest warrant has been issued for Chargers cornerback J.C. Jackson in Massachusetts
Former New England Patriots cornerback J.C. Jackson was a healthy scratch this past weekend from the Chargers/Vikings game this week.
Chargers head coach Brandon Staley told reporters it was a “coach’s decision” and did not confirm whether Jackson would return to the lineup.
Well, the reason he was a healthy scratch is Jackson violated his probation and has an arrest warrant in Massachusetts.
According to reports, Jackson did not abide by the terms of his probation after he was charged with criminal speeding in 2021. The 27-year-old did not complete the “Brains At Risk” program he was ordered to take and also did not pay the $300 fine.
Jackson signed a five-year, $82.5 million contract with the Chargers in 2022.
