What makes you a top prospect at your position in the 2024 NFL Draft?
I’m a big physical and fast player with good abilities to catch the ball and gain yards with the ball in my hand.
At what age were you first interested in the sport of football?
I would say I started at the age of 12 when I was still playing soccer.
What is one thing that NFL teams should know about you?
I want to have the opportunity to make plays and want the ball in offense but I’m also unselfish and want to be involved anywhere on the field.
If you could donate to one cause in the world, what would it be?
Definitely something about single mothers raising kids.
What is the best advice you have ever received?
My mom. Being aware of how I present myself anywhere I go and respect people because you never who’s around and the opportunity you can have by being a good person.
Who was your childhood hero?
Didn’t really have a specific one.
Who is the most underrated teammate in your locker room at your school?
Shawn Valentine. Really good athlete and will eventually dominate on the field but he has some stuff to take care of before.
What is your biggest pet peeve?
When people think you must do them a favor because they did one for you and say remember I did it for you…
Who is your favorite teacher ever?
I don’t have a specific one, but I remember multiple teachersthat I liked.
Overcoming adversity is what defines character, what was the hardest moment in your life to overcome?
I would say getting injured twice in college far away from home and having to go through that process alone and keeping a positive energy and my goal in mind.
Tell me something about your school and why it is so special to you?
Laval is closer to home than my previous school (Old Dominion) and I feel like I grew as a person and a player here. I am well-surrounded here, and I am given several opportunities.
If you could have any franchise restaurant in your house what would it be?
Probably a Haitian restaurant.
What is your favorite snack food?
Hershey’s
What is your degree in?
Bachelor’s in criminal justice and now I’m finishing my master’s in administration.
If you could sell yourself in one sentence what would you say?
Frederik Antoine is a student-athlete that has two degrees and is a good person.

Never went.
