Florida high school football player who beat a player with his helmet has been arrested and charged
Gavin Lambeth of Blountstown has been arrested and charged with felony aggravated battery after he snapped during a football game and beat Marianna’s Ethan Lipford with a helmet.
We posted the video on social media and it blew up.
It started in the third quarter of the football game between Blountstown and Marianna in Calhoun County.
As you can see the incident led to Gavin Lambeth using a helmet to strike Lipford in the head.
Lipford had to be “life-flighted to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital.”
On Thursday, Blountstown police confirmed that Lambeth was arrested and charged with felony aggravated battery.
