Julio Oliveira a student at Carroll Middle School in Texas, was just a seventh grader and an athlete. The 12-year-old played both football and soccer and was attending a practice when he had a medical emergency.

According to the family Go Fund Me page, Oliveira fainted and was rushed to the hospital. The football practice was outside, and according to the school no contact was allowed at the practice.

A GoFundMe started by Sreedhar Ellisetty, who identified himself as the manager of a soccer team that Julio played for, described the boy as a “fantastic and caring” person. The campaign, which has been verified by GoFundMe.

Doctors found that he had a brain aneurysm and performed emergency surgery which didn’t go well. Family and friends are shocked and really upset that it happened within a day with no prior warnings or indications.

Please keep the family and friends of Julio in your prayers during this tough time. What a tragic loss. May God Bless the family.
