SR and 1 yr full-time starter on the DL where he displays very good position versatility as he aligns as a 3T,4i,5T and 7T in the 3-3-5 and 4-2-5 Nickel and 3-4 defense of TXUN. He possesses quality height, exceptional length, elite weight and ordinary speed with an athletic build. He is an average athlete showing a combination of solid explosiveness with average COD, balance, acceleration, lateral quickness and agility with average play speed. He is solid against the run. He shows solid burst off the ball and effectively uses his good length and average UOH striking the chest of the IOL with subpar length. He exhibits good play strength at the POA before disengaging from the base block. He quickly locates the RB before making the tackle near the LOS. He is an ordinary pass rusher. He displays solid getoff and displays average UOH in his punch, placement and timing. He executes a bullrush and walks back IOL with subpar length and size. He exhibits average lateral quickness and agility as he executes twists and stunts towards the outside. He displays solid competitive toughness both physically at the POA as he imposes his will on OL with ordinary size with his above-average play strength when engaged 1on1 with OL and mentally as he improves his play on 3rd down. He displays a good motor and plays through the whistle consistently. He struggles to consistently play at a good pad level coming off the snap high which prevents him from making progress against the pass as he struggles to collapse the pocket and maintain gap integrity against OT/OG doubleteam blocks. Lack of quality AA prevents him from consistently defeating reach blocks on OZ runs. He possesses an ordinary pass rush move repertoire which consists mainly of a bullrush, rip or an occasional swat and swim or spin move. Ordinary play speed limits his productivity as a pass rusher.

Tough, powerful, versatile player with excellent size. His above-average size and play strength enables him to win battles against OL with adequate size. He struggles to keep his pad level down consistently which combined with his average AA and play speed limit his production against the pass.
