Texans minority owner facing rape and sexual abuse charges

Javier Loya a minority owner of the Houston Texans football team in the NFL is facing rape, and sexual abuse charges in Kentucky, according to Aaron Wilson of KRPC 2 in Houston.
Loya faced a previous sexual misconduct allegation in Houston earlier this year that was dismissed with prejudice.
This is very wild, considering it has happened in the past. His attorney claims he is innocent, but the Texans have already had their fair share of problems concerning sexual abuse charges in the past.
While Loya, 53, is not working with the team or being involved in league matters at this time, he is still a minority owner.
Loya joined the franchise in 2002 and is the chairman and CEO of OTC Global Holdings.
Loya if found guilty of first-degree rape could spend 10 years in prison. These are very serious allegations but the Texans and NFL are aware. We will see what happens, stay tuned…..
