Former NFL first round pick Sean Dawkins dead at 52

Sean Dawkins the former NFL standout wide receiver is dead at the age of 52.
Sean Dawkins, who holds Cal’s career and season records for receiving touchdowns and who spent nine seasons in the NFL, died Wednesday.
Dawkins entered the NFL draft, and was selected in the first round, 16th overall, by the Indianapolis Colts in 1993.
Dawkins spent nine NFL seasons with the Indianapolis Colts, New Orleans (1998), Seattle (1999-2000) and Jacksonville (2001).
He finished his career with 445 receptions for 6,291 yards and 25 touchdowns.
