NFL changes personal conduct policy for draft prospects | This could be huge

The NFL is now modifying their personal conduct policy regarding incoming draft prospects.
The NFL now has the ability (if they choose) to investigate and take disciplinary actions against incoming draft prospects for incidents that may have occurred before a player enters the league.
Incidents such as Joe Mixon’s case or the recent incident with Jalen Carter would now fall under this category.
This alteration could potentially impact the way teams approach drafting prospects.
If a player has a past arrest or is in trouble off the field, the chances of them being suspended could impact where the NFL teams have them on their draft boards.
A player like Jalen Carter may not have been selected if the team knew he would be suspended.
