Player Summary:

5th year redshirt senior. Was a transfer from Jones CC with a brief stop at Florida State. Possesses marginal height and solid weight to compete at the next level. Has a muscular upper body and a slim but well built lower body that helps him run with good balance, able to change direction quickly, and run with leverage to break tackles. Displays solid athletic ability. A versatile RB who has occasionally aligned in the slot as a WR for ALSO in their spread offense who emphasizes zone run plays. He projects as a rotational RB in a zone offense. Showcases good vision, speed, and acceleration to find holes and burst through the frontline of the defense. Has the ability to break away from the defense although hasn’t been very consistent. Great at keeping his feet moving, running with good pad level at the point of contact, breaking tackles or pushing the pile forward for a few more yards. Exhibits good lateral movement and quickness to make defenders miss in open space. Displays solid pass blocking ability and awareness. Able to hold up oncoming blitzers from the interior or perimeter. As a receiver, he shows good hands out of the backfield. Also occasionally lining up as a slot WR, showing the ability to run good routes and create separation. 

Scheme Fit:

Rotational RB in a zone scheme that allows him to use his speed, vision, acceleration. Can contribute as a receiver out of the backfield and as a slot WR.  He can also contribute on special teams as a returner

Power Statement:

Good RB with a high ceiling that is just scratching the floor of his potential. He has marginal height and solid weight to compete at the next level and Solid AA. His vision, acceleration, and speed will help him earn a role as a rotational back with the potential to be a full time starter down the line.
