Are the New York Jets “Thanos” of the AFC?

The New York Jets added another heavy hitter to their offense. Does this make them “Thanos” of the AFC?  The New York Jets signed veteran Running back, Dalvin Cook to a one year deal for up to 8.6 million dollars.

The New York Jets have an infinity gauntlet of weapons on offense consisting of Aaron Rodgers, Garrett Wilson, Breece Hall, Allen Lazard, Mecole Hardman, CJ Uzomah, and last but not least Dalvin Cook. Notable actions that lead to this is that Aaron Rodgers took a salary cut so that the Jets could go out and get more weapons for him to use this season. You could say this was a great idea in the grand scheme of things.

With all of these weapons offensively and defensively, Jets pose a serious problem for the rest of the teams within the AFC. Looking at the roster the Jets can definitely win the AFC east and can even pose a big problem down the road to the defending Super Bowl champions, the Kansas City Chiefs.

The only concern with this is, if New York doesn’t capitalize on this team’s potential are they a bust? The New York Giants need to win a Super Bowl while they have Aaron Rodgers for the years, he’s there in order for it not to be considered a failure. Now they’ll have to work and build chemistry with each other, but we are all expecting this team to win it all very soon.
