Autopsy shows Ray Lewis son died of a drug overdose | Fentanyl in his system along with other drugs
According to TMZ Sports, Ray Lewis’ son died of an apparent overdose. There were multiple drugs in his system at the time of his death including methamphetamines and fentanyl.
TMZ Sports reports that it has seen the autopsy report for 28-year-old Ray Lewis III, who died last month of a drug overdose in Florida.
According to the medical examiners, it was determined that Lewis’ death was the result of fentanyl, cocaine, and methamphetamine intoxication.
Toxicology reports also revealed alcohol and alprazolam were in his system. His death has ultimately been ruled accidental.
Police found Lewis unresponsive at a residence in Florida. A friend tried to administer CPR and use Narcam, but could not bring him back.
