Former Georgia staff member that survived fatal car wreck is now suing Eagles DT Jalen Carter
A former Georgia football recruiting staff member that survived the January 15th car accident in which killed Georgia football player Devin Willock and staff member Chandler LeCroy has filed a lawsuit against Jalen Carter.
That staff member’s name is Victoria Bowles. Victoria is suing both the Eagles defensive lineman and the UGA Athletic Department for negligence.
The lawsuit filed claims UGA Athletic Association was negligent and contradicted several statements made about the crash.
Carter is being sued for leaving the scene of the accident, and the report claims the cars were in fact racing one another.
