What would it take for HBCUs to become a League of their own in College Football?

Pittman's Pocket: HBCU football programs need to search Junior Colleges and Canada for Diamonds
What would it take for HBCUs to become a League of their own in College Football?

Brian Pittman of Pittman’s Podcast has a question for college football fans, What would it take to have HBCU’s in one conference and play in the FBS? Is it funding that is stopping it? He breaks it down in this latest piece on HBCU football!

There has been a magnitude of Conference shifts again, and time and time again you see schools leaving and joining conferences. Look at USC and UCLA moving, or the Big 12 getting the University of Central Florida. The Atlantic Sun and the WAC of the Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) have agreed to merge and form a 10-member football-only conference and make the jump to the FBS, according to a report from ESPN’s Pete Thamel.

Once the move is finalized, the member schools will form the 11th FBS conference.

So with all these moves happening, when will HBCUs form a conference to become the 12th FBS Conference?  What is stopping HBCU football programs from going to the FBS like the other FCS programs moving up?

It has been discovered that many HBCU programs have been hundreds of millions defunded, as the conversation gets ignored by racist egoism and political bigotry, but I still am not seeing the dreams of Martin Luther King of equality in that direction.

Just last week Tennessee State became the first HBCU program to start a Hockey Program.

If HBCUs would not get the depths of Tokenism from our Government and give them the years of defunding which goes back to Desegregation and the fact were segregated speaks more than volume.

It’s dogmatic aspects to a brighter future for football, for HBCU institutions for future student-athletes. Why can’t HBCUs have a league of their own as much as the Power 5 and Power 8 programs our doing certainly without any media interest and true actions for HBCU football programs can make that jump from FCS to FBS?

The New Hockey program at Tennessee State is not enough and the Gymnastics program at Fisk University is not enough either.

HBCU football programs staying FCS has been far-fetched. I know HBCU fans, Coaches, the true and right Administrators, and for sure the players would love to see this occur before Desegregation happens again as it seems it still exists especially in College Football FBS program expansion.

I thought we carried Morals and Ethics in this country but the integrity and dignity which get exploited for should come to a halt.
