Ezekiel Elliott agrees to pay victim in dog attack before trial begins
Ezekiel Elliott is not a football team right now and he was scheduled to go to trial for a vicious dog attack at his Frisco, Texas residence. His neighbor Jennifer Gampper was suing the former Cowboys star after suffering serious and permanent injuries back on May 20th, 2021.
Gampper filed a lawsuit the same year hoping to get 1 million dollars in damages, but according to sources she and Zeke were able to agree on an amount to keep it from going to trail.
Landscaper Pablo Vega, who was working on Elliott’s property at the time, was also named in the suit for alleged failure to close the gate that allowed the dog to escape.
The settled lawsuit is the third time that Elliott’s dogs have been involved in a legal dispute. A swimming pool attendant was bit by his dogs and she filed dropped the case, while another case was filed against him in 2021, is still ongoing.
Pretty wild that a dog is so mean. Elliott played in the NFL for 7 years and is currently a free agent.
