Player Summary:
RS Senior, all purpose starting RB for NHUN. Possess good height and solid weight, slender frame, not much mass to carry himself with, showing adequate upper and lower body strength. Attains very good AA, making him a very versatile threat on the field. Displays good long speed, COD, lateral quickness, initial quickness, acceleration, and explosion. Very good footwork, twitch, agility, and balance, making him elusive and unpredictable. Solid ability to make front reads post snap, as he displays solid vision to identify rush lanes, along with solid patience to stay behind his blockers. Displays good play speed as he demonstrates his good COD and very good twitch to bounce runs to the outside when the inside run is clogged up. Very good ability to turn the corner and beat defenders to the outside due to his very good lateral quickness and twitch, allowing him to bounce the run outside. Adequate ability pressing the gap on inside runs due to adequate play strength. While he does fight for extra yards, his lack of upper/lower body strength deters him from getting past the 1st level, as he will not run anyone over, displaying poor adequate ability to break tackles. Good in space, as he displays very good twitch and elusiveness, enabling him to make defenders whiff on tackles. Good explosion and acceleration enable him to make him run plays as he can separate himself from defenders in the long run. Good in pass game, especially coming out the backfield, as he demonstrates good route running ability due to his quick and efficient footwork, making him a tough cover for LBs in Man-to-Man. He demonstrates good hands catching the ball naturally, and displaying good instincts to evade defenders and turn upfield on critical downs. Adequate pass protector due to his adequate body strength, leaving him susceptible to getting bull rushed and unable to anchor and stymie the rush.
Scheme Fit:
3rd Down/Receiving back/KR/PR
Power Statement:
Very versatile RB who can be a weapon out of the backfield due to good twitch and route running ability, while also being an asset as a returner on special teams with his lateral quickness/agility, and burst to turn upfield.
